1. Order Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days (Monday – Saturday).

  • Prescription Orders: Orders with powered (prescription) lenses require special manufacturing. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for your lenses to be fitted and verified.

 

2. Shipping Time & Cost

We are proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders across India.

  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, your order will typically be delivered within 5-7 business days, depending on your location and pincode.

  • Metro Cities: Deliveries to metro cities are often completed within 3-5 business days.

  • Non-Metro Areas: Deliveries to remote or non-metro areas may take 7-10 business days.

 

3. How to Track Your Order

  • Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and an SMS notification containing your unique tracking ID and the name of our courier partner.

  • Live Tracking: You can use this tracking ID to check the live status of your shipment on the courier partner’s website.

 

4. Our Shipping Partners

We partner with reputable courier services (such as BlueDart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, etc.) to ensure your order reaches you securely and on time.

 

5. Important Notes

  • Business Days: “Business days” are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

  • Address Accuracy: To ensure timely delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address with your full name, house number, street, pincode, and a valid mobile number. SpecsDeal is not responsible for delivery delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

  • Delays: While we strive to deliver on time, deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances like bad weather, public holidays, or logistical issues at the courier’s end. We will do our best to keep you informed of any such delays.
