1. 7-Day Easy Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. We have a simple, no-questions-asked return policy as long as the item is in its original condition.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging, including the case, cleaning cloth, and any other accessories.
The item must be free from any scratches, marks, or other damage.
All original tags and labels must be attached.
Exception: Custom-made prescription (powered) lenses are manufactured specifically for you and are therefore not eligible for a refund unless they are defective. The frame itself, however, can be returned.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these simple steps:

Provide Details: Please provide your Order ID and the reason for your return.
Await Instructions: Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary details for sending the item back to us.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect it.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or provide store credit, as you prefer).
You will receive the credit within 7-10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s or bank’s policies.
If your return is not approved (e.g., the item is damaged or used), we will inform you and ship the item back to you.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.
We will arrange for a reverse pickup and send you a replacement at no extra cost.
This is covered separately from our 1-Year Warranty.
6. Shipping for Returns
For standard returns (e.g., you changed your mind, size issues), you may be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
For defective/damaged items, SpecsDeal will cover the full cost of return shipping.
7. 1-Year Warranty
Our products come with a 1-Year Warranty that covers manufacturing defects (e.g., color fading, material issues). This warranty does not cover accidental damage, scratches, or wear and tear from normal use. If you experience a manufacturing defect within one year, please contact us for a repair or replacement.
